About these terms

The website and services are provided by Nidhaam Technologies Ltd (RC 9721040), a company registered in Nigeria ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Ordering through a WhatsApp service

• When you order through a WhatsApp service we run, your order is with the business, not with us. We provide the software that takes the order and sends updates.
• The business sets its products, prices, opening hours, delivery area and fees, and decides whether to accept your order.
• Payment, delivery, pickup, refunds and complaints about an order are between you and the business. Contact the business directly, or choose "Talk to us" in the chat.
• Delivery and pickup times in the chat are estimates from the business.

Using the service fairly

Please don't use our website or services to:

• place false orders, or pretend to be someone else;
• send spam, abuse or unlawful content to a business or its staff;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

We, or the business, may stop responding to a number that does this.

Availability

We work to keep our services running, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors. They also depend on WhatsApp, which we don't control. If something goes wrong with an order, contact the business.

Businesses and clients

Businesses that use our WhatsApp services, and clients who hire us to build software, do so under a separate written agreement with us. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Our work and content

The website, its text and design, and our software belong to us or to the people we license them from. You may share links to our website, but please don't copy it.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by a business's handling of an order, by WhatsApp, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Before taking any formal step, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue together. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the day it is published.
